Demi Lovato has partnered with mall proprietor GGP as the face of Shop Til You Rock, a music-inspired series of public events, which kick off at malls around the US in Summer 2010. The combines the season’s hottest fashions & today’s most popular musical guests in a series of interactive events. Lovato is also the spokesperson for anti-bullying organization PACER. Lovato explained to NY Post about becoming a spokesperson agains bullying “Bullying is a very serious thing to me, I’ve witnessed it first hand – I was bullied myself when I was 12, I want to be able to help other girls around [my sister’s] age come into their own with a strong confidence in their skin, their size, who they are and everything about themselves.”

is also the spokesperson for the Join the Sourge Campaign! DoSomething.Org and the CLEAN & CLEAR Brand launched Joining the Surge, which is a national campaign that empowers teenagers to take action in their communities.

Demi Lovato is involved in Disney's Friends for Change, an organization which promotes "environmently-friendly behavior", and appears in its public service announcements to raise awareness for the cause on the Disney Channel. Demi Lovato, Selena Gomez, Miley Cyrus, and the Jonas Brothers recorded "Send It On", a charity single which serves as the theme song for Disney's Friends for Change in 2009. The song debuted on the Hot 100 at number twenty. Disney's Friends For Change will direct all of its proceeds from "Send it On" to environmental charities to the Disney Worldwide Conservation Fund. Lovato and Joe Jonas recored a new song called "Make A Wave", the second charity single which serves as the theme song for Disney's Friends for Change in 2010.

Demi Lovato is also apart of the "A Day Made Better" School Advocacy Campaign.[54] "The campaign is giving a deserving teacher with $1000 in school supplies on behalf of OfficeMax’s “A Day Made Better” school advocacy campaign"

On November 1, 2010, Demi Lovato
's publicist announced that Demi Lovato had left the Jonas Brothers World Tour early during the preceding weekend, in order to enter a treatment center and "seek medical treatment for emotional and physical issues she has dealt with for some time". The publicist stated that although Demi Lovato had "decided to take personal responsibility for her actions and seek help" and "regrets not being able to finish her tour", she plans to get "back to work in the near future." The following day, a Disney spokesperson told People that "we support Demi's decision to put her health first and we send her our best wishes".

Demi Lovato's publicist denied persistent media speculation that Lovato's treatment was for substance abuse, stating on November 10, 2010 that Lovato "is not in treatment for drug or alcohol addiction...As we have said since she entered treatment last week, Demi decided to seek help for emotional and physical issues she has battled throughout her life. She has taken this step in order to get her life in order."

The Disney Channel plans to revamp Sonny with a Chance around Demi Lovato's absence, temporarily restructuring it to focus on the show-within-a-show, "So Random!". The move will allow the show to resume filming in January 2011, even if Demi Lovato is unavailable.

"This allows her the time she needs to get well, without distraction or pressure," a Disney Channel spokeswoman said. "Again, we extend our ongoing support to Demi and her family as she works to overcome personal issues.

On April 27, 2010 the Jonas Brothers announced their World Tour 2010 featuring Demi Lovato as a special guest.
Jonas Brothers World Tour 2010 will be visiting multiple countries and continents including the United States, Canada, Mexico, South America, and Europe. The North American Leg of the tour begins on July 27, 2010 in Dallas, TX and ends on October 17, 2010 in Raleigh, NC.

Featured Voto Latino to promote campaign for the 2010 U.S. Census.

In March 2010 Demi Lovato was one of the many stars featured
in a PSA for Voto Latino in order to promote the organization's "Be Counted" campaign for the 2010 U.S. Census.

On March 29, 2010 Demi Lovato announced on her Twitter page that she would be appearing in an upcoming episode of the medical drama series Grey's Anatomy. She will be portraying a teenage patient named Hayley being treated for possible schizophrenia. The episode will air May 13, 2010 on the ABC television network.

Demi Lovato also recorded vocals for the second Disney's Friends for Change single, "Make a Wave". The song is a duet with Joe Jonas. A music video for the song premiered on Disney Channel on March 14, 2010. The song was released on iTunes March 15, 2010 with all proceeds benefiting environmental charities through the Disney Worldwide Conservation Fund (DWCF). The song will be featured in the Disney Nature film "OCEANS" released April 22, 2010 to theaters.

Then On March 30, 2010 Demi Lovato's South American Tour was announced through her official Myspace page. This will be her first international headlining tour. The tour kicks off May 23, 2010 in Santiago, Chile and concludes May 28, 2010 in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Finally, On March 12, 2010, Lovato confirmed that she had begun dating Joe Jonas, whom she first met while filming Camp Rock in 2007.

We have been investigating this situation and we have come to a few conclusions of what actually could have happened. There seems to be many coincidences that lead us to believe there were some other motives behind these hacked accounts. Did you know that you can make your videos appear deleted by making them private? Try it and see. Your channel will say no videos available. Does this make you think of what really could have happened?

Do you know when people pretend to be hacked when other famous people are actually hacked that attention is drawn to their channels and their names are bought up and they get more views and subscribers. Just think about it. People talk and spread the word. This couple have been a way to take advantage of an actual hacking of the Disney YouTube channels for one's own gain. Question is, would you do it? Be honest!


Be sure to use complex passwords that are not easy to crack by a hacker. Don't use common names or numbers. It is best to use a combination of mixed letters and numbers and even symbols in random orders and your password should exceed 6 characters. The more the better. You also have to be aware of those who are phishing for your information. If you get any messages that seem like official YouTube messages asking for your login or password information then don't give it out. YouTube will never ask for these things in a message.

Be careful of what you say on this channel. If you intended to make inappropriate comments we will be sure to have you banned. Beware!! The FBI and Police monitor this channel so keep that in mind when posting comments. We are real life people and this is not fairy land. Your actions are just as real when don online as they are if done in person. You may also want to do some research and see what the father of these two girls does for a living so you can make better choices when it comes to commenting our videos or any videos in our kids and teens groups. We say this because we are on the look out for computer hackers and we are currently keeping IP logs of visitors on our websites readily available for FBI and police investigations and we will assist in catching them and having them arrested.
